Welcome to my project blog site! I’m on the verge of graduating with dual associate degrees in Cybersecurity and Networking, having maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout my studies. As an active member of the Dig.IT student club, I regularly participate in PC clinics, assisting local residents with computer repairs. This experience has sharpened my technical skills and underscored the value of community service.
Beyond my academic and club activities, I delve into various home lab projects to explore advanced technologies. My endeavors include setting up virtualization environments, working with containerization, scripting Discord bots in Python, and configuring sophisticated home networking solutions with Unifi. Additionally, I host web applications like ITFlow, Home Assistant, and the Unifi Network application, along with game servers for friends. These projects have enriched my practical knowledge and deepened my understanding of modern IT infrastructures.
For the past year, I’ve been freelancing as an IT consultant for an insurance agency. In this role, I manage their Microsoft 365 domain, handling tasks such as user management, security policy implementation, and group management. I also conduct security audits, including email phishing tests, and have designed and implemented their network infrastructure, encompassing hardware and VLAN configurations.
Outside of my professional interests, I have a deep passion for aviation. I frequently attend EAA AirVenture, an annual air show and gathering of aviation enthusiasts, where I immerse myself in the latest developments in aviation technology and enjoy the vibrant community of fellow aviation fans. This passion for aviation fuels my curiosity and inspires me to continually learn and explore new horizons.
Join me as I share insights, updates, and reflections on my projects, aiming to foster collaboration and drive impactful change.
